The appendix consists of teaching materials and samples of assessments. Teaching materials refer to any resources related to the content delivery of the course. Samples of assessments include examples of students’ work or answers from continuous assessments. Lecturers are required to keep (scan or photocopy) three samples (lowest, average, highest) of students' work or answers for each course code in every program they teach.
